The operating system
for your garage.
Customers, vehicles, jobs, parts, invoices, and reminders — one workspace instead of paper job cards, WhatsApp photos, and a spreadsheet nobody trusts. Open a job, close it, invoice it. Done.

The honest truth
Most garages run on paper
and good memory.
It works — until it doesn't. A busy week and things start slipping through the cracks.
Paper job cards get lost or written illegibly.
Parts and labor scribbled on a clipboard, then re-typed later — if anyone remembers to.
Vehicle photos live in a WhatsApp chat, not a record.
Six months later nobody can find the damage photo or the last service date.
Excel is the "system" — until two people edit it at once.
No service history, no reminders, no link between the job and the invoice.
Chasing unpaid invoices from memory.
You know a few customers owe you money. You don't know exactly who, or how much, right now.
Fit Finance for Garages fixes all four.
Vehicles, jobs, parts, and invoices — connected, in one place, always current.

Questions
Common questions answered.
What is Fit Finance for Garages?
It is an all-in garage management plan at €25/month (€228/year, about €19/month). It adds a garage workspace — vehicle profiles, job cards, service history, reminders, and parts inventory — on top of everything in the Operator plan, so invoicing, expenses and VAT are included underneath.
How much does it cost?
€25/month, or €228/year (about €19/month billed yearly). That is one flat price with the whole garage vertical included — no base plan plus add-on maths. Every account starts with a 7-day free trial; cancel before day 7 and you are not charged.
Can I import my existing customers and vehicles?
Yes. Customers and inventory can be imported from CSV using the built-in Import Center, so you are not starting from zero. Vehicle records are added per customer as you bring them in — most garages populate the rest naturally in their first week of jobs.
We run on Excel or paper job cards — how hard is switching?
You don't need to migrate history to start. Add a customer, add their vehicle, open a job — the sample data in your trial shows the pattern in under a minute. Most garages are comfortable within their first day of real jobs.
Is this accounting software with a garage skin on it?
No. The daily workspace is built around vehicles, jobs and parts; accounting runs underneath, so every job converts to a proper invoice with VAT handled automatically. You work in garage language while the books stay correct.
Do I need a separate invoicing tool?
No. Invoicing, expenses, quarterly VAT reports and the accounts ledger are all included — the same Operator core, plus the garage vertical on top. One plan covers the workshop and the books.
Stop chasing job cards. Start running the garage.
